hello ! :) here agaiin ... today mama cook 4 me my favouriite diishes ! Takoyaki ! Yummy Yummy !
Ingredients:
Takoyaki grill pan
Flour 100g
Water 120ml
Oil
Egg 1
Prawn (as u wiish) 50g ?
Otafaku katsuo ko
Topiing:
Fried Bonito flakes
Takoyaki sauce
Mayonnaise
How to do :
mix the flour,egg and water in a bowl
put oil into the takoyaki grill pan
pour the mixture of flour, egg and water into the pan
add in prawn
put some otafaku katsuo ko
add in mayonnaise
turn it with a pick ... ( roll into ball ? )
remove it from the pan and place in on the plate when its ready
topping:
put takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise on the taokoyaki
sprinkle bonito flakes on it
Done ! Yummy Yummy ! :P
